Your transaction failed, please email or call (540) 272-5830 and leave a voice mail with your name and the email address you used to purchase your downloads.

Why Did This Happen?

Sometimes our payment software has an issue confirming your payment was successful in PayPal. When this happens, it does not properly record your payment in our software.

When Will I Get My Downloads?

Please allow 1-3 days for us to respond and fix your purchase. If you got an All-Access Pass, we will reset the expiration date to the day we fix your purchase.

How Can I Get My Downloads Once It’s Fixed?

You can login to your account and see any files you’ve purchased and download them from there. Your email receipt will also contain links to your downloads.
