Burrr! Well we were wondering when winter would arrive and then it came all at once. We had 4ft drifts of snow in front of our house and the barn doors. That means lessons will be canceled until we can get all the snow and the arena cleared out. In the meantime here are some photos and videos of the craziest snow I’ve ever seen and the most snow we’ve seen in Virginia since 1927!
- The snow is coming down hard.
- Snow on the covered back porch.
- This is how much snow we’ve had by mid day.

- Good thing hay was delivered on Thursday before the storm started!
- Erin enjoying some hay in the barn
- Oh no, my path to the barn is filling up as soon as I shovel it 🙁
